I'm building something I wish existed.
When I was figuring out my next career chapter, I wished there was a way to explore different somatic and holistic modalities without the pressure of committing to a full certification right away. The options felt overwhelming — EMDR, IFS, somatic experiencing, yoga therapy, brainspotting — each with its own training path, cost, and time commitment.
What if you could experience them all in one place? What if you could feel them in your own body before deciding which path is yours?
So I'm building it.
Two-Part Event
Try Before You Train
Part One
Fall 2026
Virtual CE Panel
A 1–2 hour virtual continuing education event where multiple clinicians create a treatment plan for the same case study using their own modality. See EMDR vs. IFS vs. brainspotting vs. yoga therapy vs. somatic experiencing — side by side.
Part Two
January 2027
In-Person Experiential Summit
A 3-day retreat in the Poconos. Thursday night arrival through Sunday breakfast. Experience the modalities in your own body through 60–90 minute experiential sessions led by each speaker. No death by PowerPoint.
